Product Overview

Renderoc SP40 is a factory pre-blended, single-component, structural grade polymer-modified cementitious mortar designed for application by wet spray process (shotcrete technique) for large-area concrete repair. It is used where the scale and geometry of deterioration make hand trowel application impractical — such as large spalled areas on bridge deck soffits, tunnel linings, retaining walls, and deteriorated piers. The spray application method ensures uniform compaction and good bond to the prepared substrate without formwork, making Renderoc SP40 highly economical for large-area structural reinstatement projects. It achieves high compressive and flexural strength comparable to the surrounding parent concrete and is shrinkage-compensated for durable long-term repair performance. Renderoc SP40 is used with Nitobond EP or SBR bonding primer to maximise bond strength to prepared concrete substrates.
