MasterTop 1620 is a solvent-free, low-viscosity, two-part epoxy primer and sealer used to prepare concrete and cementitious substrates before applying MasterTop epoxy and polyurethane flooring systems. Its low viscosity lets it penetrate and seal surface pores, while 100% volume solids and strong bond development create a sound, dust-free base that maximises adhesion of the subsequent floor. Easily applied by brush, roller or squeegee, it improves the durability and performance of the finished system.
