Product Overview

Sika MonoTop-3400 Abraroc is a single-component, factory pre-blended cementitious repair mortar incorporating hard aggregate fillers to produce exceptional abrasion resistance in the cured state. It is specifically formulated for repair and resurfacing of industrial concrete floors, hydraulic spillways, dam aprons, pump sumps, and any concrete surface subject to heavy mechanical wear, fluid erosion, or abrasive traffic. The name Abraroc derives from its ability to resist abrasion (Abra) as effectively as rock (Roc). Applied in layers of 10–50 mm, it restores worn concrete surfaces to a flat, durable finish that resists continued abrasion far better than plain concrete repair mortars.
