Product Overview
Sika® Sigunit® L-54 AF is an alkali-free liquid set accelerator for shotcrete, suitable for both wet and dry spray applications. Formulated from a mixture of special organic substances, it is non-caustic and classified as non-toxic, making it safer to handle than traditional alkaline accelerators. It delivers very rapid setting, a large reduction in rebound and, when correctly dosed, no loss of strength in the accelerated concrete. The formulation is chloride-free, so it does not corrode reinforcement. It is used to secure rock in tunnels and mines, stabilise rock and slopes and produce high-quality sprayed concrete on general construction works. Tunnelling, mining and ground-support contractors rely on it for durable linings.
