Product Overview

Sikafloor-304 W is a two-component, water-borne polyurethane matt seal coat formulated as the protective wear layer for Sika ComfortFloor and other elastic resin flooring systems. Mixed at roughly 80:20 by weight with 5-7% clean water added, it cures to a low-sheen, easy-to-clean surface that resists UV light and yellowing while keeping odour and VOC emissions very low. Applied at about 0.13 kg/m2 per coat, it suits hospitals, schools, offices, showrooms and residential interiors where a hygienic, comfortable finish matters. Because it is water-based, it is well suited to occupied or sensitive buildings.
