Product Overview

Sikafloor-390 N is a two-component, solvent-free, tough-elastic coloured epoxy resin used as a self-smoothing or roller coating on concrete and cementitious screeds in production and processing areas. Mixed at 85:15 by weight at about 100% solids, it applies at roughly 1.6 kg/m2 per millimetre and cures to a seamless surface combining abrasion resistance, chemical and decontamination resistance, and crack-bridging to around 0.2 mm. With about Shore D 60 hardness and adhesion above 1.5 N/mm2, it can be finished gloss or slip-resistant for interior and exterior use. Its toughness suits floors that experience both wear and minor structural cracking.
