Product Overview

Sikalastic®-450 (I) is a single-component, aliphatic, elastomeric polyurethane coating that cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture to form a seamless, highly elastic waterproof membrane with strong crack-bridging behaviour. Supplied ready to use, it is rolled or brushed directly onto prepared substrates and bonds well to concrete, brickwork, asphalt and corrugated sheeting. The cured film accommodates structural movement and protects non-trafficked roofs, podiums, inverted-roof build-ups and retaining walls, but it is not intended for permanent water immersion such as tanks or pools. Its joint-free finish removes the weak overlaps associated with sheet systems.
