Product Overview

SikaRep Microcrete-4 is a high-strength, single-component, polymer-modified cementitious microconcrete engineered for large-volume structural repairs where standard repair mortars lack the aggregate size and stiffness modulus to match original concrete. Unlike fine repair mortars, SikaRep Microcrete-4 contains carefully graded pea gravel aggregate that provides a modulus of elasticity closer to that of parent structural concrete, minimizing differential thermal and mechanical movement between the repair and the original structure. This makes it ideal for full or partial section repairs to bridge beams, building columns, machine foundations, and other structurally critical elements where compatibility with parent concrete properties is essential. It is placed by poured or pumped application into formwork.
