Product Overview
SikaPaver® HC-1 is a surfactant-based compaction aid developed for semi-dry, dry-cast concrete products. Dosed into the mix, it disperses cement, lowers friction between aggregate particles and introduces finely distributed air pores, so moulds fill evenly and the fresh block compacts strongly with a clean swipe on its flanks. It releases easily from tamper heads and gains higher green strength for safe demoulding and handling, while the hardened product is denser and stronger with smoother surfaces, better frost resistance and fewer quality variations. It suits concrete pavers, paving and masonry blocks, kerbstones, pipes, manholes and roof tiles. Corresponding to EN 934-2 Table 5 and IS 9103, it is supplied across India by Space Arc Engineering, an authorized Sika distributor, with plant dosing support.
