Product Overview

Sikafloor-305 W is a two-component, water-borne polyurethane coloured matt seal coat that both protects and visually finishes Sika ComfortFloor, Sikafloor MultiFlex polyurethane and Sikafloor MultiDur epoxy systems. Combined at about 85:15 by weight with 5-10% water, it applies at roughly 0.13 kg/m2 per coat and cures to a hard-wearing matt film with good UV and yellowing resistance. Reaching a Shore D hardness of around 84 after seven days and a bond to concrete above 1.5 N/mm2, it delivers a tough yet low-odour finish for hospitals, schools, retail and office interiors. The coloured formulation lets specifiers unify and refresh floor appearance.
