Product Overview

Sikafloor-315 is a high-solids, aliphatic polyurethane seal coat engineered to give Sikafloor resin systems a tough, abrasion- and impact-resistant textured wear surface. Supplied in unpigmented (3-part) or pigmented (4-part) versions and mixed at 100:15:75:22 by weight, it is applied thinly at about 0.08 litres per square metre per coat. Its aliphatic chemistry resists yellowing and UV ageing, while abrasion loss under 0.03 g and a dry coefficient of friction above 0.5 make it well suited to high-traffic and slip-sensitive areas. With VOC content around 100 g/L, it serves warehouses, production halls and commercial floors needing long-term wear protection.
