Product Overview

Sikafloor-381 ECF is a two-component, electrostatically conductive, self-smoothing epoxy floor that combines static-charge control with very high chemical and mechanical resistance. Mixed at 85:15 by weight over a conductive primer and grounding network, it dissipates static to keep earth resistance below 10^9 ohm, meeting ATEX 137 and DIN IEC 61340-4-1 for hazardous and electronics environments. At about 100% solids it builds wearing layers around 1.5 mm using roughly 2.5 kg/m2 of binder, reaching about Shore D 82 hardness and ~80 N/mm2 compressive strength. It suits production, storage and bund areas exposed to chemicals.
