Product Overview
Ucrete UD200 is the flagship heavy-duty polyurethane concrete screed, engineered for the most demanding wet, hot and chemically aggressive industrial environments. Trowel-applied typically at 6-9 mm, it delivers exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact, point loading and thermal shock, with elevated grades withstanding service temperatures up to around +120 degC and occasional spillage even higher. Its slip-resistant, impervious and hygienic surface stands up to constant traffic and steam cleaning while resisting bacterial and mould growth. Part of the Master Builders Solutions range (formerly BASF Construction Chemicals), Ucrete UD200 is supplied and project-supported in India by Space Arc Engineering, an Authorized Project Distributor. It is the benchmark specification for food and beverage, dairy, chemical and heavy-process floors that punish ordinary resin systems.
