1. Confirm the joint size falls within the 25.4-170 mm range and select the matching unit
2. Clean both slab edges and check the differential levels across the joint
3. Position the hinged plate cover centrally over the joint opening
4. Mark, drill and set anchors along the fixed side of the plate
5. Secure the plate so the hinge can pivot freely with slab movement
6. Install the vapour or fire barrier beneath if those options are specified
7. Check the cover sits level, the serrations face up and the plate articulates correctly

Maintenance & Care

NovaLink is built for demanding floors and needs only periodic checks: confirm the anchors remain tight, the hinged plate still pivots freely, and the anti-slip serrations are clear of debris.
