Product Overview
Sikagard®-552 IN Primer W is a one-component, water-dispersed adhesion-promoting primer designed for water-borne polymer paint coatings on concrete and dense mineral substrates. Applied as a single coat, it wets out and seals the surface to deliver a strong, uniform key for protective topcoats and cement-based resurfacing mortars. It is well suited to fibre cement, aerated concrete, gypsum and thin rendering mortars where a low-odour, solvent-free primer is preferred. Being water-based and vapour-permeable, it lets the substrate breathe while still improving bond.
