Sikagard-720 EpoCem IN is a three-component system (epoxy resin base, hardener, and cement filler) that combines the chemical resistance and bond strength of epoxy with the alkalinity compatibility and moisture tolerance of cementitious systems. This epoxy-cement hybrid provides an ideal solution for situations where a pure epoxy cannot be applied to green or damp concrete, or where the substrate is insufficiently dry for solvent-sensitive systems. Sikagard-720 EpoCem IN can be applied to concrete within days of casting (on green concrete), to damp or slightly wet surfaces, and achieves excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, and existing coatings. It is used as a protective surface coating, repair layer, and chemical-resistant barrier in aggressive environments.
