Product Overview

Sikalastic®-560 is a cold-applied, single-component, water-borne liquid waterproofing membrane based on modified polyurethane. Supplied ready to use, it is rolled or brushed onto prepared roofs to form a seamless, highly elastic film that bridges cracks and follows substrate movement without joints or laps. Being water-based, it is non-toxic and VOC-compliant, while its UV and weathering resistance means it will not yellow on exposed roofs. It adheres well to both porous and non-porous substrates and remains vapour permeable so the roof build-up can breathe. The membrane is well suited to new construction, renovation, complex roof geometries and cost-effective life extension of ageing roofs, and the white finish supports reflective, energy-efficient roofing.
