Product Overview
SikaTop®-107 Seal IN is a premium two-component (powder + liquid) flexible cementitious waterproofing system. The liquid component is a specially formulated polymer emulsion that, when mixed with the cementitious powder, produces a flexible, crack-bridging waterproof mortar coating. Applied in two to three coats, it creates a robust waterproof barrier on concrete, masonry, and blockwork substrates. Its flexibility allows it to bridge minor substrate cracks and accommodate limited structural movement without cracking, making it significantly more durable than rigid cement slurries. How many coats of SikaTop-107 Seal IN are required?
A minimum of 2 coats are typically applied, each approximately 1–1.5 mm thick. The second coat is applied after the first has set but is still slightly green (typically 4–6 hours). Total thickness of 2–3 mm is recommended.
