SikaTop®-107 Seal Plus IN is the enhanced performance version of SikaTop®-107 Seal IN, offering superior flexibility, better crack bridging capability, and improved elasticity over the standard variant. It is recommended for waterproofing applications where greater substrate movement is anticipated, or where a higher class of crack-bridging waterproofing is required. The two-component (powder + polymer liquid) system ensures consistent, controlled performance when properly mixed, while the enhanced liquid component provides the additional flexibility that characterises the Plus IN formulation. Space Arc Engineering distributes SikaTop®-107 Seal Plus IN for critical waterproofing applications including underground car parks, tunnels, podium decks, and large basement structures across Delhi NCR and UP.
