Sika Quartz-04 IN is a cleaned, kiln-dried and carefully graded white quartz filler made to be blended into Sika’s self-smoothing resin flooring systems. With a maximum grain size of 0.3 mm, it bulks up Sikafloor underlayments and toppings, improving levelling behaviour while raising surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Because the aggregate is washed and oven-dried, it mixes cleanly with epoxy and polyurethane binders without introducing moisture or contaminants that could affect cure. Applicators across food plants, warehouses, workshops and commercial interiors rely on it as the filler component in screeds and self-levelling toppings.
