Product Overview

Sika Quartz-01 IN is a graded, cleaned and kiln-dried fine quartz filler with a 0.1–0.3 mm grain size, formulated for self-smoothing Sikafloor® underlayments and toppings. Blended into Sika resin systems, the controlled gradation builds body and helps the mix level cleanly, while the hard quartz grains improve the finished floor’s hardness and abrasion resistance. Because it is washed and dried, it disperses consistently and stays compatible with Sikafloor® resin products, including MultiDur ES, ECF and ESD systems. Flooring contractors and applicators use it to bulk up self-levelling toppings and screeds economically without compromising performance.
