Product Overview
Sikalastic®-510 CoolCoat IN is a single-component, water-based acrylic liquid membrane that combines roof waterproofing with high solar reflectivity in one cold-applied coat. Built on a modified acrylic dispersion, it cures into a seamless, elastic film that bridges fine cracks, resists UV, mould and fungus, and remains vapour permeable so trapped moisture can escape. Its high Solar Reflectance Index helps lower roof surface temperatures and reduce the cooling load on the building below, making it well suited to India’s hot climate. The coating is ideal for new roofs and refurbishment of existing decks, tiles and complex details with penetrations and drains.
