Product Overview
Sikafloor-619 is a two-component, very low-viscosity, solvent-containing epoxy impregnation that penetrates deep into concrete to seal, harden and dust-proof floors in dry production, warehouse and workshop areas. Mixed simply at 1:1 by volume and applied at about 0.2 kg/m2 per coat over two to three coats depending on porosity, it soaks into the surface to reduce dusting and boost abrasion, chemical, oil and fuel resistance. Its deep penetration produces a bonded, impermeable surface that resists peeling and flaking, with adhesion above 1.5 N/mm2. Fast and economical to apply, it upgrades existing slabs without a heavy build-up.
