Product Overview

SikaFuko VT-1 is an injectable hose with integral valves designed to seal construction joints in watertight concrete structures. Positioned in the joint and cast into the fresh concrete, the hose can later be injected with a compatible sealing resin that escapes through the valves to fill the joint and surrounding voids. A key advantage is that, with acrylic resins and microfine cement, the hose can be re-injected if needed, while polyurethane and epoxy resins allow single injection. The valve construction delivers even distribution along the hose, and the system has been pressure-tested to 10 bar (equivalent to about 100 m water depth). Supplied as a comprehensive combi-pack with hose, connectors, plugs, fixing clips and accessories, it streamlines installation.
