Product Overview
SikaGrout®-214 TR is a heat-resistant, high-precision, non-shrink, expanding cementitious pouring grout developed for areas exposed to high temperatures and thermal gradients. Supplied as a ready-to-mix grey powder, it needs only the addition of water and can be adjusted between flowable and pourable consistencies. A controlled gas expansion in the plastic state compensates for shrinkage and ensures full contact under base plates, while the cured grout withstands service temperatures around 500°C. It develops strength rapidly to high final values and resists impact and vibration, and it is non-corrosive, non-flammable and non-toxic. Typical uses include blast-furnace and chimney grouting and flooring around furnace areas in steel, cement and power plants.
