Product Overview
Sikalastic®-520 Cool Coat Fibers IN is a single-component, water-based acrylic liquid membrane reinforced with special glass micro-fibres, cross-linking polymers and an advanced antifungal additive. The embedded fibres boost crack-bridging capacity and film robustness, while the high Solar Reflectance Index lowers roof surface temperature and cuts cooling energy use. Cold-applied by brush or roller, it cures into a seamless, elastic, heat-reflective waterproof layer suitable for flat and sloping exposed roofs, external walls and sunshades, and even the exterior of PVC water tanks. It bonds to concrete, masonry, tiles, asbestos, bitumen and metal decks, with optional Sika Fabric-50 reinforcement for larger areas.
