Sika® Stabilizer-1 HC IN is a highly efficient compaction aid formulated for semi-dry, no-slump concrete such as hollow-core slabs, paving blocks, kerbstones and pipes. It disperses cement, pigments and additives uniformly and lubricates the flow of mix through the machine, reducing friction between material and mould. The result is faster mould filling, shorter production cycles, higher green strength so units hold their shape after demoulding, and cleaner, more consistent finished surfaces. It also lifts early and ultimate compressive and tensile strength and improves freeze-thaw resistance, while easing wear on equipment.
