Product Overview
Ucrete TC is a coloured, matt-finish polyurethane top coat used to seal, recolour and refresh Ucrete flooring systems. Applied as an encapsulating seal coat over the wearing layer, it renews surface appearance, evens out colour, enhances cleanability and provides additional protection against staining from a range of chemicals and food-industry products. It is equally valuable on new installations – to fine-tune finish and slip characteristics – and as part of a planned maintenance regime to extend the life of an existing floor. Part of the Master Builders Solutions range (formerly BASF Construction Chemicals), Ucrete TC is supplied and project-supported in India by Space Arc Engineering, an Authorized Project Distributor. It is widely specified across food, beverage, pharmaceutical and industrial facilities running Ucrete floors.
