Product Overview
Sika® Stabilizer-110 is an aqueous blend of surfactants and water-reducing polymers developed for dry-cast and zero-slump concrete made on block machines, packer-head and similar plant. Acting as both a cement dispersant and a water reducer, it provides internal lubrication that helps the mix flow through machinery while densifying the concrete, so moulds fill faster and units come out sharper-edged and less prone to chipping. It improves early and final strength, raises compactability with fewer breakages, extends mould and machine life, and even allows pozzolans to replace part of the cement. Block, pipe and precast producers use it to lift productivity and product quality together.
