Sika Intraplast NN is a powder admixture added to site-mixed cement and water to make a non-shrink grout. SikaCem-130 Intraplast is a factory pre-blended complete grout system that already contains the cement and Intraplast chemistry — just add water and inject. SikaCem-130 ensures consistent dosing and is more convenient for small injection volumes.
What injection equipment is needed for SikaCem-130 Intraplast?
SikaCem-130 Intraplast can be injected using a hand-operated double-acting grout pump or standard cementitious injection equipment. For crack injection, Sika injection ports are bonded along the crack at intervals and the grout is injected progressively from lowest port to highest.
Can SikaCem-130 Intraplast be used for waterproofing crack injection?
Yes. SikaCem-130 Intraplast is suitable for sealing non-active, non-flowing cracks to prevent water ingress. For cracks with active water flow, use a rapid-setting water plug system first (such as Sika MonoTop-108 Water Plug IN), then follow with SikaCem-130 Intraplast once water is stopped.
